North East Bathroom: Mahavastu.

Mahavastu is a system of Vastu Shastra, which is an ancient Indian science of architecture that aims to promote harmony and balance in living spaces. According to Vastu Shastra, the North East direction is considered to be highly auspicious and is associated with the element of water.

Having a bathroom near the mandir in the North East direction can create a negative impact on the energy of the space. Bathrooms are associated with the element of water and are believed to drain the positive energy of a space. Additionally, the mandir is a sacred space and should be kept pure and energized.

Therefore, it is not advisable to have a bathroom in the North East direction near the mandir. If it is already there, you can try to implement some Vastu remedies to mitigate its negative effects. Some of these remedies include:

  • Placing a Vastu pyramid or a Swastik symbol on the wall of the bathroom to balance the energy.

  • Installing a Vastu energy plate or a Vastu strip near the entrance of the bathroom to prevent the negative energy from entering the mandir.

  • Keeping the bathroom clean and free from clutter at all times.

  • Avoiding the use of dark colors in the bathroom and using light and soothing colors instead.

  • Placing a small water fountain or a plant in the North East direction of the mandir to balance the energy.

  • Closing the bathroom door and keeping it shut at all times to prevent the negative energy from spreading.
